SUNONE Internal Operations Console is a private internal operations tool used by SUNONE CO., LIMITED for its own Amazon business.
Information We Process
The application may process non-sensitive business and operations data authorized by our Amazon accounts, including Amazon Ads account and profile information, advertising campaign metadata, advertising performance reports, listing and product identifiers, inventory summaries, and sales, business, or financial summary data where approved.
Buyer Personal Information
The first phase of this application does not require and does not intentionally collect or process buyer personal information, including buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, buyer email addresses, or buyer messaging content.
How We Use Data
We use authorized Amazon data only for internal business purposes, including advertising performance review, product and SKU reconciliation, inventory-aware advertising analysis, internal reporting, data quality checks, and auditability of internal reporting workflows.
We do not sell, rent, publish, or provide this data to third parties.
Access Control and Security
Access to the application and its stored data is limited to authorized internal operators. Credentials and tokens are stored in restricted secret storage and are not committed to source code, spreadsheets, ordinary logs, screenshots, or chat systems. Logs are limited and avoid raw credentials, tokens, authorization codes, query strings containing OAuth codes, and sensitive personal information.
Data Retention
We retain business reporting data only as long as needed for internal reporting, reconciliation, auditability, and operational review. Credentials and tokens are retained only while required for authorized API access and are rotated or removed when no longer needed.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not provide this internal application as a service to third-party sellers. We do not share Amazon data with third parties except where necessary for secure hosting, storage, or operation of our internal systems, and only under appropriate access controls.
